DAVID HERGENROEDER, CEO

David Hergenroeder co-founded All Ways Clean along-side Trevor Smith in 1999 after seeing an opportunity in their community to provide quality commercial cleaning services across various professional sectors. Their customized janitorial services include but are not limited to; medical, commercial, educational, and industrial. David brought his 25 year textile rental business experience (10 spent as General Manager) into building this business along with his personal standard of integrity, commitment to achieving high quality results and natural talent for sales. David loves hiking, surfing and spending time with his wife and children.

TREVOR SMITH, CFO

Trevor Smith co-founded All Ways Clean along-side David Hergenroeder in 1999 after seeing an opportunity in their community to provide quality commercial cleaning services across various professional sectors. Their customized janitorial services include but are not limited to; medical, commercial, educational, and industrial. Trevor brought his years of experience from the Pacific Stock Exchange and Textile Rental industry into building All Ways Clean along with refined analytical skills and professional level attention to detail. Trevor loves surfing, golfing, tech development and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

In 2005 Ino Brito was made partner and president of All Ways Clean due to exemplary performance managing several large-scale contracts. Ino has a proven track record of hiring and developing staff. Ino has been an integral and essential figure in the building, growth and development of All Ways Clean. Ino is responsible for the oversight of our Quality Control Teams, New Hires, Daily operations at our service sites and Client communications. Ino enjoys travelling and spending with his children.
